With the continuous TCFL development, the TCFL teachers are brought far hugerchallenges and more requests are raised. The TCFL teachers play a crucial role inteaching efficiency. In TCFL, the teachers are an important influence factor in teachingEfficiency. There exists differences in the aspects of verbal exposition, emotion,cognition, volitional quality and personality between males and females. As a result,male and female teachers have their own advantages and disadvantages in concreteeducation.The thesis takes “Male and Female Teachers’ Teaching Efficiency in TCFL”as its theme and the male and female teachers’ different behaviors in TCFL from myteaching experience in Korea as its research data to investigate male and femaleteachers’ differences in TCFL which is illustrated by auxiliary questionnaires.The thesis extensively compares the male teachers’ teaching efficiency with thefemale ones’. Meanwhile, based on the existing research achievements, it reveals theinfluences that teachers gender has on TCFL. The teaching efficiency differencesbetween male and female teachers mainly show in the aspects of the treatment ofteaching content, the response of students’ feedback, the expression of teachinglanguage, the classroom management, the relationship between teachers and students.Therefore, based on the results of questionnaires, some ubiquitous problems betweenmale and female teachers are summarized in TCFL. Male teachers are confident andattractive, while they are too serious and lack the tender and amiable feelings thatfemale teachers have. Then, male teachers are independent and capable, while they aretoo nervy and not so careful and patient as female teachers. Moreover, male teachershave broad interests and wide scope of knowledge, while they are not persistent enoughas female teachers in some aspect of study. Furthermore, male teachers are full of senseof humor to make classroom climate more active relatively, while they have weakcontrol force. Female teachers can overall master the education far better. What’s more,male teachers are inferior to female teachers in oral language. For the problems above, Icarry on a research from four steps according to the relevant references: classroom observation records, after-class summaries, questionnaires and the analysis ofquestionnaires. At last, the thesis analyzes and brings forward a relevant solution thatthe balance of TCFL teachers’ sex ratio plays an important role in concrete education onthe basis of modern teaching idea and TCFL current situation. It is the core content thisthesis wants to elaborate as well as beneficially supplements the current TCFLdevelopment.
