The Study Of Linguistic Culture Of Taoism In Li Bai’s Poems

Li Bai was one of the most famous poet in Tang dynasty,while The development ofTaoism in the tang dynasty reached its pinnacle,which would inevitably affect thepoems composition of many poets.As a Taoist, Li Bai’s poetry composition was alsoaffected by this trend.For the study of Li Bai,Most of the scholars throughout the agesmainly focus on its literariness and artistry,and rarely focus on the perspective oflinguistics,especially from the angle of linguistic culture of Taoism,which led to lessresearch achievements.This paper analyzes those Taoism vocabulary in Li Bai’s poemsdeeply and counts up the number of those Taoism vocabulary exhaustively from thesethree aspects,the content of the vocabulary,the structure of the vocabulary and newwords and new meanings,trying to provide some valuable reference data to the study ofLi Bai’s poems,making it a bridge and media to link the study of linguistic culture withliterariness and artistry.This paper includes five parts:The first part is the introduction.This part is mainly to introduce the research objectand the content of this subject,expound the research status of Li Bai’s poems and thevalue of this subject,meanwhile to explain the research base，to corpus trade-off andtheories and methods which this paper puts into use.The second part is the specific content of those Taoism vocabulary in Li Bai’spoems.This part is mainly to classify those Taoism vocabulary on their contentaccording to those classification methods from the first part,to take some words forexample to analyzes deeply,defining the concrete connotation of Taoism vocabulary,inorder to master the main content of Taoism vocabulary.The third part is the structure type of those Taoism vocabulary in Li Bai’spoems.This part is mainly to classify those Taoism vocabulary on their structure typeaccording to those classification methods from the first part,also to take some words forexample to analyzes deeply,figuring out the structure type of Taoism vocabulary,in orderto master the structure type and the regularities of distribution of those Taoismvocabulary in Li Bai’s poems.The fourth part is the new words and new meanings of those Taoism vocabulary inLi Bai’s poems.This part is mainly to trace back the source of those Taoism vocabularyaccording to the Chinese Dictionary and other ancient literature and classics,definingthe new words and meanings which were produced in the Tang dynasty,to choose twenty words in each category to analyze slightly,and to summarize these words indifferent kinds,in order to master the condition of those Taoism vocabulary in Li Bai’spoems as a whole.The fifth part is the conclusion.This part is mainly to summarize the Taoistlinguistic culture in Li Bai’s poems according to the study condition of last four parts ofthis paper,drawing an important conclusion and listing the statistical data from thispaper.
