Along with the degree of marketization of the media industry, media convergence pace of intensifying and the advent of the era of "Internet +", for the effective management of knowledge workers has become a medium enterprise the key to promoting the overall strength and brand competitiveness. Any media companies want to in the fierce market competition, must rely on and rely on the creation of the media products and producers, knowledge staff is become an important engine for media enterprise innovation performance improvement. In positive psychology and positive organizational behavior would be happiness after extended to management and organizational behavior field, well-being of the work has been confirmed by many scholars is one of the effective methods to improve individual and organizational performance. Therefore, combined with the actual development of the media industry in our country, how to work happiness increased employee loyalty and commitment, and innovation performance, media enterprise long-term and sustainable development become the important topic of this article.First of all, this article through to the media industry definition of knowledge workers, expanded the research field of knowledge workers. Because there is no for the media industry concepts of the knowledge-type employees, related to define comprehensive experts and scholars, this paper based on the characteristics of this study and needs, will the media industry knowledge staff is defined as:with higher education (including equivalent education experience), or have related training and qualification certification, mainly in television, radio, newspapers, magazines and publishing house, site and new media enterprises (mainly information processing and transmission of related business, does not include the network game, etc.) is engaged in information collection, writing in the seven big media, processing, editing and production, such as mental Labour, and by knowledge and innovation in the work directly to create product value or increase the additional value of workers. In generalized existing ten major features of the knowledge-type employees, increase the uniqueness of knowledgeable employees in the media industry characteristics:have the consciousness of responsibility ethic, both humanistic feelings, work intensity and pressure. Studied the situation of the knowledge staff help to expand and enrich the existing related theory, carry out lay a solid foundation for further research.Secondly, this paper studies deeply the media industry work happiness of the knowledge-type employees, organizational commitment is introduced the new intermediary variables, establish a role model of organizational commitment as intermediary variables, to explore career happiness, the relations between organizational commitment and employees’innovation performance. On the one hand, existing research has shown that positive emotions and cognitive evaluation factors will improve employee to enterprise’s organizational commitment, and the positive emotions can dig employees in the work happiness resources, and increase the organizational citizenship behavior, part of the research also proves that the happiness can positively predict part dimensions of organizational commitment. In the numerous factors influencing the innovation performance of individual employees, staff well-being ascension has been shown to help to promote the improvement of the employees’innovation performance. Organizational commitment, on the other hand, the influence of different dimension of innovation performance there are different research conclusion. Work so it is necessary to focus on how the relationship between happiness and staff innovation performance, based on the workplace and organizations mediation role in the situation of individual psychological variables. Intermediary variables of organizational commitment to join and opened the work between happiness and innovation performance a corner of the black box, deepen the work of the theoretical study of happiness at the same time, expand the practice guidance in the field of media, such as its value.Again, under the background of the media industry, based on predecessors’ research results correction work happiness scale, make it more suitable for local media knowledge staff work happiness levels of measurement, and using factor analysis and regression analysis to verify the scale reliability and validity. Current academic research on individual job happiness can be mainly divided into subjective well-being, psychological well-being and integration of the two kinds of well-being perspective, the three categories, integration of subjective well-being and psychological well-being perspective research is considered to be currently work to build effective individual happiness concept model is an important development trend. This study integrates Chinese scholars yellow-bright infusion (2014) the two perspectives of happiness work four dimensions of well-being scale in China’s media enterprises nationwide test, according to the empirical results item adjustment and reducing dimension and scale eventually form suitable for the Chinese media work happiness three dimension measurement scale of the enterprise.
