Song Dynasty attaches great importance to the political feature of culture and prosperity of economy, and it provides important conditions for the development of landscape painting and lyric; Chinese traditional philosophy, especially the influence of "Taoism","Zen","principle" is the important reason for the general character of landscape painting and lyric in Song Dynasty. At the same time, the social situation of Song Dynasty affects the psychology of these landscape painters and poets, and their psychology reflects to the work allows the landscape painting and the lyric have common theme and emotional foundation. The development of landscape painting and lyric in Song Dynasty is divided by the decline of Northern Song Dynasty, and the landscape painting and lyric in Northern Song Dynasty each inherits the style of the Five Dynasties and Southern Tang Dynasty, and when it comes to the Southern Song Dynasty the development of the aesthetic has changed.
