Modal particle is a very important part in Chinese language because of its expression,which can help one to understand others or be understood,according to the modal particles,we can divide modern Chinese sentences into four sentences categories,that is indicate,question,imperative and exclamatory.It deserves more attention,especially those neglected indicative words.The study is expected to clarify some of the feature when Japanese students studying Chinese indicated modal particle "le""de""ne" to improve the quality of teaching Chinese as a second language and recompile Chinese textbooks.The research is under the guide of interlanguage theory and some relevant theories of linguistics,we take two steps to accomplish it.First is analyze the corpus,then do a questionnaire survey,it’s easy to see which they grasp quite secure,which are falling to command:"le" is familiar with the meaning of "finish",or matched with some adverbs of degree such as "tai太";"de" is usually be tagged into one term with other words,such as "haode好的" shide是的”,also always in this phrase "shi……de是……的”;"ne" is often misunderstood as a question word,the indicated function is rarely used,except some set phrases,but it’s gratifying that some students seems to know that "ne" can be used after a clausal to pause or show the tone.Analyze the data led us to make a summing up of the errors,to put it simply,there are four types:missing、miss-adding、mis-order and misuse.each word doesn’t show up the same way.the specific analysis can be seen in the body part.In the next chapter is the analysis of cause,it is considered that the best way to conduct a cause analysis is see through the appearance to perceive the essence. By compare the difference of tense and aspect in Chinese and Japanese, also with the comparison of the final particle between the modal particle, this is from the mother tongue transfer,interlingual transfer is because of the ambiguity of Chinese grammar. at the same time, textbook is also a important factor, first,number of modal particle is far from enough, there is no clear explanation of usage and meaning. what has been particularly important is for those concept both Chinese and Japanese all have should attract more attention which is not.
