Appellation is an integral part of written expression and interpersonal communication tool which plays an important role in verbal communication. For students abroad, the correct selection of the appellation can reflect the profound understanding and the understanding of the Chinese cultural connotation, and can shorten the mental distance between participants in conversations, facilitating communication. In speech communication, the successful communication depends on the proper use of appellation. unsuitable appellation will bring inconvenience to the communication bringing about some bad impression, and brings some effect on further exchanges. In order to use the appellation properly, first of all, time should be taken to start from the basic knowledge. so long as the understanding is thorough, clear, there will not be any mistakes in communication.Since entering the new century, with the rapid development of China, the Chinese language has gradually moved towards the world, a Mandarin fever has shown up in many countries. Communication between people generally starts with the appellation. Thus learning appellation has become a hard problem for foreign students. Based on research of appellation in the previous paper, starting from the present situation of Chinese Kazakh comparative study on appellation language and teaching Chinese forms of address, this paper generalizes the two main characteristics of Chinese appellation:first, Chinese kinship terms are complex and diverse, reflecting strong patriarchal and hierarchy; second, Chinese social appellations are as "surname+title/occupation" form. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences of Chinese-Kazakh appellations from the comparative perspective, and puts forward the existing problems in teaching of Chinese appellations. This paper also recommends the implementation of graded teaching according to the students’Chinese level, and combination with the modern teaching methods to enable students to be more intuitive to learn and master Chinese appellation.This paper conducts a comparative study of the Chinese-Kazakh appellation from the aspects of theory, also can show the similarities and differences between Chinese-Kazakh appellation. From the practical aspect, this study can provide a theoretical basis for the Chinese appellation language teaching, also can provide effective and quick way to understand, master, and use the appellation, eliminates the differences between Chinese-Kazakh appellation and causes important practical significance in psychological sense of exclusion.Hopefully, through this analysis, the Kazakh students can achieve more in-depth understanding of Chinese appellation system, it can also help them to grasp Chinese appellation, reduce the use of the wrong phenomenon, so that they can have a better insights into Chinese culture, deepen the understanding of two national language in historical and cultural aspects.
