21st century emerging project development rapidly, how to face all kinds ofprofessional development needs, develop the students’ comprehensive ability,popularize new sports as the main research direction. Sports dance has become apopular hot sport, with the aid of the tide, to develop our country sports dance, for thepurpose of popularizing sports dance movement., from the perspective of theteaching methods, combining with the theory of structure and orientation technologyconstruction of sports dance teaching mode and sports dance oriented teaching modebecome is the effective means to improve teaching methods.Research purposes: in the process of teaching teachers to meet the students bytheir own learning and advanced skills of sports dance project to improve, but theteacher in the process of teaching and learning and the lack of the ability of rationalcomb on its own technology, so the purpose of this study is aimed at structure anddirected by theory teaching mode to sort out a set of complete teaching plan, so as todrive the development and popularization of sports dance, teaching. This studyproposed the theory of structure and orientation of applied in sports dance just meetthe requirement of this technology.Research significance: this paper apply the theory of structure of directional torumba elective course teaching, through the teaching experiment research ofuniversity public physical education rumba, intends to establish a set of effectivelyimprove the teaching method, students learn rumba technology in rumba technologyto improve efficiency and quality at the same time, pay attention to training students’confidence in the learning process and methods. And public sports rumba electivecourse teaching for colleges and universities provide some thoughts and practicebasis.This study in Shanghai university of finance and economics class of2012femalecollege students as experimental object, and randomly divided into two groups toteach, eight people as experimental group,8people in the control group. Before thetrial of16subjects body quality and body shape, body skill test, difference comparedto subjects. Experimental group adopted the theory of structure and orientation as ateaching design basis, the control group using traditional teaching methods. After theexperiment, at the same time of technical achievement appraisal, with will be pedarplantar pressure distribution measurement system for data collection, plantar pressuredata obtained, use statistical software SPSS170analysis statistics. The experimentalresults are as follows:After17weeks34hours of teaching experiment, rumba technology achievementappraisal, the experimental group score averages of73.2points, the control grouptotal score averages of65.2points, the T test experimental classes and that incomparative classes have significant difference (P <0.05).After17weeks34hours of teaching experiments, the experimental group andcontrol group rumba technique to examine the interval for a period of time again it isconcluded that the experimental group standard deviation is0.372, the control standard deviation is0.571,(P <0.05), the smaller the standard deviation, its discretedegree is smaller, its technique change the more stable.Through the rumba backward techniques after plantar pressure test datastatistical analysis, were greater than the control group, experimental group a footpressure integral average pressure show that the greater the time integral focus morestable.By means of the experimental group and control group the mean displacement,speed, variance analysis, including the displacement, the greater the speed the greaterthe variance, the smaller its stability, and the experimental data show that theexperimental group rumba step back stability stability is better than that of controlgroup.Results show that from the teaching experimental result "structure and theorientation" teaching model applied to regress rumba gravity stability is feasible, andis advantageous to the rumba routines the whole teaching design.Rumba step backward technique in the process of teaching the fragment to thetime of action master and instability, therefore in the experiment of teaching shouldpay attention to the teaching ways and methods.Use will be pedar plantar pressure test system characteristic analysis of thesubjects can show its stability, and suggests that in the future subjectivity strong skillsin the process of the stability evaluation of plantar pressure, can be used will be pedaras evaluation system.Through the rumba backward step structure and orientation theory teaching, notonly can observe the dynamic moving body to stabilize the external performance, andintrinsic kinetic data also showed that sole focus pressure characteristics in theevolution of the trajectory. Using statistical methods for calculation, foot speedmoving distance can distinguish the stability of the experimental group and controlgroup don’t change.
