| This paper is to study the Guitar Concerto in D Major composed by the Italian composer Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco. The author chooses to analysis it from two perspectives:the composing characteristics and the performing skills. At the end of the paper, the author also makes his own reflection and research on its style and significances to the era, etc. Based on these elements, the author hopes it will be theoretically helpful for scaffolding a firmer comprehension and assisting a better performance. |
