Analysis On The New Concept Of Wenyu Ju For Erhu Bowing

Bowing is playing a significant role in Erhu performance, which determines the change of the sound and emotional expression. Based on the combination of theory and practice of the basic theory proposed by Wenyu Ju about the basic principle of erhu bowing, we can find the way of bowing by mainly control bow speed and adjusting the bow pressure. On this basis, we can divide the bowing in three ways of slow all bows, medium speed, half bow and bow fast,which can help the performers have a clear logic of bowing rather than freely playing based on their own feelings.This paper is divided into three parts, in the first part we mainly discuss the three elements of Erhu bowing and how to apply the three elements of violin bowing to Erhu performance. Secondly, as we all know, Erhu bowing is divided into three kinds as slow, medium and fast based on the changing of bow length and bow speed. The second part of the article expounds its significance and the purpose of classification. The third part is focusing on the meaning and purpose of rhythmic bowing to clearly distinguish reasonable and effectively bowing, which can help us quickly achieve the best results in teaching process.This article specified the study of Erhu bowing. What is more, it makes the performers achieving intuitionistic and amazing performance effect through particular analyzing bowing techniques.
