With the establishment with Xi Jin ping as head of the central Internet andinformation security team, China is moving to the Internet power. With the rapiddevelopment of the online world, the language of the Internet also continue todevelop. Unlike traditional language,The language of the Internet has features. Thispaper is use the theory of zero deviation, it explains deviations in the form of thelanguage of Internet. I hope that it can fully demonstrate the deviation form of thelanguage of the Internet. The language of the Internet has positive deviation andnegative deviation. We need to adopt a tolerant attitude to the deviation of thelanguage of the Internet. We want to encourage positive deviation. For negativedeviation, we should actively guide.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter briefly describes thedefinition of the language of the Internet, the nature of the language of the Internet,the status of the language of the Internet, zero deviation theory, meaning, etc. Thesecond chapter describes the three elements from the pragmatic aspects of languagedeviation shows the Internet in pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar aspects. Thethird chapter in terms of verbal communication Internet language deviate from theprinciples demonstrated in terms of the principles of cooperation, politeness principle.The fourth chapter, logically shows all the Internet in the same language, the law ofcontradiction, deviation from the law of excluded middle, sufficient reason aspects.The fifth chapter is mainly based on the language deviates from zero Internet boot,Internet analysis to guide the significance of language deviate from the principles andmeasures.
