With the development of China in recent years, the status of Chinese language andculture continues to increase in the world, particularly in Southeast Asia countries. Thailand,as the country that shares the friendly relationship with China, the bilateral trade keepsincreasing. There is also a Chinese learning craze exists now. The need of Chinese teacherskeeps increasing in Thailand. Because of this, many Chinese youngsters choose to be aChinese volunteer teaching abroad. On the other hand, they may also have manyshortcomings and deficiencies. Based on this, this article is written according to mynine-month period of teaching experience from the perspective of practicing. Putting forwardthe most targeted teaching method from several main aspects as voice, vocabulary, andChinese characters. Attempt to react the situation and the problems of primary school studentswith zero level of Chinese. The article includes a more objective analysis, and the relatedmeasures to solve these problems. The reader can have a more comprehensive understandingby reading of primary school students in Thailand’s performance in the classroom as well astheir psychology. I hope this article can provide a reference for Chinese teaching in Thailandin the future, so as to continuously improve the Chinese teaching in Thailand.This article uses the textbook which is provides by Hanban and published by HigherEducation Press named" Experiencing Chinese (Thai version) the first volume" as the mainbasis, according to the characteristics of primary school students in Thailand and the Chineseacquisition mode targeted in Chinese teaching method, hope to provide reference and researchmaterials for the readers.
