A Research On Linyi Civilian Workers Management Education Of Shandong Provinces During The War Of Liberation

During the war of liberation, Linyi Area of Shandong province has always been the keyarea of contention between Kuomintang military and the Communist Party. In the course of along war, Linyi people always shouldered a hard logistical supply task for the PLA throughout;numerous civilian workers supporting the front line went around as the army fought in manyplaces, providing a strong guarantee for each major victory in the battle. The rear of thepeople lived frugally, barely kept alive on chaff and wild herbs, and took out a large numberof food items in support of our combat troops, making outstanding contribution to the victoryof the war of liberation. Civilian workers of Linyi Area as a microcosm of the nationsupporting activities, have significant representation.The civilian worker organization and management system established during the processof supporting the front were the important guarantee for Linyi civilian workers to completethe task. Under the leadership of all levels of the frontline Commission, Linyi Area built a setof leadership system among province, district, county, and township all over, and according tothe need of the war constantly adjusted the system, at the same time, a strict organization andmanagement system was still established in the laborer team. These measures effectively haveconsolidated the laborer team and ensured the supporting task.The ideological education work of civilian workers is the core of that management ofcivilian workers.
