With the accelerated process of human modernization, the modern civilization have therapid development, so many non-renewable cultural heritage have been disappeared in acontinuous, especially the traditional culture of minority living space which in a weakposition have been encroachment. The non-intangible cultural heritage protection work isfacing important tasks and serious challenges. However, for the destructed of "culturalheritage", The double-edged sword called "modernization" should not only has a negativeimpact, we can also take advantage of modern means to "restore" those endangered or extinctculture remains. The animation is one of such modern means, as the new media in this fullmedia age, the multiple identities of animation by inherent will produce amounts of energy incultural heritage protection work.Based on the above, my work starting from the animation application of the the Tujianon-material cultural heritage protection, combined with the success stories of IntangibleCultural Heritage and animation, Analysis the feasibility of animation used in the protectionand Communication of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, and then change about the narrowview of "the animation is just a cartoon" and establish a recognized of contemporaryanimation as a kind of media and popular culture, and its significance and value in culturaltransmission. This research is combined with cultural studies, communication studies,Cultural Communication and Intercultural Communication theory, based on the perspectiveof full-media era, the first animated features and functions as a cultural and media analysis,and then the multiple effects of digital technology for animation talked about thedevelopment status and broad areas of application of contemporary animation, and recentanimation applied to non-heritage protection success stories and digital support fornon-heritage protection and other aspects of the animation used in the non-heritage protectionand dissemination of explored, and then parse arguments supporting graduate design case asdemonstrated results confirm This research is combined with culture, communication, culturecommunication and cross-cultural communication related theory, based on the age of themedia Angle of view. At first I analysis the feature and function of animation as a culturaltransmission media, and then talked about the contemporary animation’s current developmentand broad application field from the aspects of digital technology, the third discuss thecapabilities of the animation based on the application in non-heritage protection anddissemination, the way of combine the success stories of the animation applied tonon-heritage protection in recent years, the last make the graduation design case as arguments support, the results demonstrated that: The multiple properties of contemporary animationand the function of“the recover the historical dynamic”, can be ported to the work ofIntangible Cultural Heritage protection. Through the way of animation to "record","recovery" and "reproduction" is a very feasible and necessary work, at the same time formining national culture connotation, and have the important meaning to reshape "ChinesePainting" animation treasures.
