Research On Digital Recording And Dissemination Of “Intangible Cultural Heritage” Of Gelao Ethnic Group In Shiqian, Guizhou

The Gelao nationality is one of the ethnic minorities with a long history and culture in the southwest of China.The intangible cultural heritages of the Gelao nationality embody the wisdom and spirit of the Gelao people and record their historical memories.However,the rapid development of modernization and urbanization poses a great threat to the intangible cultural heritages of the Gelao nationality.Accordingly,the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritages of the Gelao nationality has important theoretical and practical significances.The guiding principles for the protection of the intangible cultural heritages in China are as follows:protection is the main task,rescue is the first,rescue first,use rationally,and protect with developing.In the processes of rescuing the intangible cultural heritages,the cultural policy of the new era’s socialism with Chinese characteristics requires us to further formulate more standardized rules and norms,build more diversified cultural incentives and communication channels and make full use of the technical advantages of the whole media to carry out in-depth recording,protecting and disseminating of the various types of cultural resources.The digital recording saves the physical space of the intangible cultural heritages’information storage.At the same time,it has the characteristics of large information storage,long storage time and relatively low maintenance cost.It provides technical support for the complete protection of the ethnic minorities’ cultures and promotes the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritages’ resources in minority areas.What’s more,the digital disseminating has promoted the development of the intangible cultural heritages of the local resources,provided good materials for the creation of ethnic cultural and creative products,laid a solid foundation for the intangible cultural heritages of the living heritages and broadened the breadth and depth of the disseminating of the intangible cultural heritages.Through sorting out the recording and disseminating methods of the intangible cultural heritages of the Gelao nationality in Shiqian,Guizhou,this paper will explore the current situation and shortcomings of local digital development,summary and analyze the digital inheritance,dissemination of practical experience and effective protection ways of the intangible cultural heritages of Shiqian.
