In recent years,with the development of the industry, a variety of waste water from production and living has been sent directly into the water without meeting the national standard ,which causes that the majority of drinking water has been contaminated seriously. Currently water quality testing involves the field sampling and laboratory analysis, however, because of the complicated laboratory analysis and long experimental period, it is difficult to meet production and market demand.The subject of this project supplys a new melthod for the rapid measurement on the site testing. The invention of the rapid detection of water tank makes it possible to have rapid field sampling and accurate on-site determination, which functions as rapid measurement of a number of indicators of water quality, grasping the dynamic changes of water environment and preventing accidents.The way of the rapid determination of chloride in water is avaliable in this experiment..Rapid detection of chloride pipe has been invented with application of Mohr and the preparation of silica gel adsorption principle.The best test tube of silicone–silver-chromate test tubes has been determined through the method of selection and single factor experiments. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit is 5mg / L, coefficient of variation ranges from 2.1% to 6.3%, recoveries range from 82.5% ~ 108.9%. In comprison with GB.There is no significant systematic error, the percent of the RSD is less than 5.5%, it only takes 10min to complete the testing of samples.The way of the rapid determination of sulphate in water is available, In this experiment, the best material ratio has been determined by orthogonal test. Temperature has also been considered, the results shows that pH, iron ion or chloride has no significant influence. The detection limit is 100 mg/L,coefficient of variation ranges from 2.7% to 5.7%, recoveries range from 85.5% ~ 106.3%.The study of Phenanthroline spectrophotometry in testing the total iron in drinking water has been improved also. Sensitivity has been developed by adding Surfactant PEG20000 In consideration of the single factor,combining with on-site rapid detection of the characteristics of rapid detection. Total iron can be tested out in 5min.The detection limit is 0.1mg/L,the accuracy is 94%~100%.The choice of test items reagents, reagent ratio, production technology and other factors has been explored in the test, in view of these factors, the best plan is determined. In evaluating the detection of the test box project performance, our method was compared with GB5749-2006 "Drinking Water Health Standards", the detection limit is much lower. Repeatability is greater than 92%, Standard deviation is 0.65% -4.4%, coefficient of variation is 0.1% to 5.7%, and the recovery is 86.5%~108.9%. In testing the interference of common ions in water and testing, our test tubes were compared with GB methold, the accuracy is larger than 94%.
