| This thesis comes from sub-topics of the National "Eleventh Five" Ministry of Science-Technology Support Project - Study on the common technology on sustainable utilization and industrialization of Chinese material medicine resources - Study on the common technology on the process of harvesting, pretreating and storage of Aromatic medicinal herbs (Schizonepea tenuifolia Brig. and Mentha haplocalyx Briq). In this thesis, Mentha haplocalyx Briq. comes from Xincao, Dongtai, Jiangsu Province, the main purpose is to set up the system about qualitative variability on the process of harvesting, primary processing and storage of Mentha haplocalyx Briq., at the same time, revealed the key technique of harvesting, primary processing and storage of Mentha haplocalyx Briq. Mainly includes the following sections:1. Summarize the research literature on Mentha haplocalyx Briq., medicinal value, integrated applications and harvestingã€primary processing and storage are reviewed.2. To inspect Dongtai, Jiangsu Province on the historical development of Mentha haplocalyx Briq. cultivation, germplasm resources, cultivation techniques and the base status of the field. As authentic medicinal herbs of Jiangsu Province, Dongtai has become the center of Mentha haplocalyx Briq. all over the nationwide.3. Select Mentha haplocalyx Briq. which harvested at different times in 2008 and gathered at 6:00am to 6:00pm, every two hours on the harvesting day, compare the qualitative variability of effective substances (volatile oilã€menthol and menthone changes in content as the main indices, integrated thiterpenoid acids and flavonoids changes). The results showed that: The first harvest time suitable for late July to early August; The second harvest time suitable for middle to late October; 10:00am--4:00pm, when the effective medicinal substances with a high level, suitable for harvesting.4. Select Mentha haplocalyx Briq. which comes from the day of harvest time, compare the qualitative variability of effective substances after dried in the shadeã€dried in the sun and dried by baking. The results showed that: The effective substances concerned with temperature and time. Considering dried in the shade after 4-6 days, not only the medicinal content of effective substances in a higher level, and water content of modest ingredients help late medicine storage. 5. Select Mentha haplocalyx Briq. which harvested at August 7, 2008, compare the qualitative variability of effective substances after a certain period of time at ventilation containers, airtight containers, vacuum sealed and sealed refrigerated storage conditions. The current results showed that: Vacuum sealed and sealed refrigerated storage conditions is suitable for store Mentha haplocalyx Briq. At the same time, compare the qualitative variability of volatile oils after a certain period of time at room temperature away from light and dark refrigerated storage conditions. The current results showed that: Dark refrigerated storage conditions is suitable for store volatile oil of Mentha haplocalyx Briq. |
