Studies On Pharmacology Of Simiaojunyi Ointment For Anorectal Postoperative Analgesic Effect

Objectives:To evaluate the Simiaojunyi ointment analgesic effect, explore its analgesic effect of opioid receptor and withβ-endorphin, 5-hydroxytryptamine relationship.Methods:1.Used mice hot plate model and acetic acid writhing model separately,to compared with blank group, musk hemorrhoids ointment group,tetracaine hydrochloride jelly group,and observe the Simiaojunyi of the overall drug analgesic effect; 2.Used mouse Acetic acid writhing model, divide into blank group,12% ointment Simiaojunyi group, naloxone group, naloxone iv+12% ointment Simiaojunyi group.Study on analgesic effect of naloxone on the effects.3.Establish a mouse pain model.Taking ELISA (Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) to determine the content of P-endorphin in serum and brain 5-hydroxytryptamine in this model.explore the Simiaojunyi ointment mechanism of analgesic effect.Results:Simiaojunyi ointment can obviously prolong the pain threshold in m-ice and inhibited the mouse writhing response.It is better than musk hemor-rhoids ointment.and almost as tetracaine hydrochloride jelly.naloxone can be part to Antagonize Simiaojunyi ointment analgesic effect. Simiaojunyi oint-ment could obviously improve the content ofβ-endorphin in serum and brain 5-hydroxytryptamine.
