The Initial Exploration On Differentiation Of Syndrome And Etiopathogenisis And Pathogenesis Of TCM For Infantal Retard Motor Development

Background :In recent years, with the technical improvement of neonate intensive care , the death rate of newborn infant has obviously decreased. However, with the improvement of survival rate of the high risk neonates, incidence of infantal brain-injured has presented increasing tendency. With the proposition of early educational concept and the improvement of people’s living standard, people pay more attention to infantal nerve behavior development. And they find the early main apparence of infantal brain-injured is retard motor development. The study on etiopathogenesis and pathogenesis and determination of treatment on cerebral palsy based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of syndrome in TCM has been paid more attention , but the study on infantal retard motor development is still vacant. This research is mainly about the differentiation of syndrome and etiopathogenesis and pathogenesis of TCM for infantal retard motor development(IRMD), which is mainly based on the method and many literatures of cerebral palsy.Objective:This study explores the distribution of the differentiation of syndrome and etiopathogenesis and pathogenesis of TCM for infantal retard motor development and explores the correlation between infantal rachitis and iron deficiency anemia and each type. It is hoped that the study will perfect the theory of TCM on IRMD and improve the standardation of research on differentiation of syndrome and treatment of TCM on IRMDMethod:According to the literature investigation, expert consult and the method of the information correction of inquisition feedback, the table of the Chinese medicine clinical observation is designed and formed about IRMD. The information of four physical examinations is collected from the 185 cases of IRMD which match the diagnosis standard and and come to the out-patient service of the high risk neonates of early educational center from December, 2006 to December, 2007. the tables is filled up by the investigator. At last, the database will be established, using the spass11.5 statistical package to establish database,and using the frequency analysis and chi-square test to induce clinical symptoms and syndromes of this disease, and then exploring the distribution of classification of syndrome and etiopathogenesis and pathogenesis of TCM for IRMD.Result:1. IRMD is devided into 5 types by combining the knowledge of clinical theories and the result of statistics: 1.deficiency of spleen-Qi and kidney-Qi syndrome(38.4%); 2.renal deficiency and deficient marrow,deficiency of heart-blood syndrome (33.5%); 3.hadro-liver and ambly-spleen syndrome (13.5%); 4.deficiency of hepat-kidney and endogenous deficient wind syndrome (8.1%); 5.sputum and congestion locking collaterals syndrome (6.5%).2. The main characteristic of the etiopathogenesis of the infantal retard motor development includes congenital shortage and postnatal deficientcy , but congenital shortage is more common than postnatal deficientcy. and its basic pathogenesis is deficiency of kidney and marrow,deficiency of heart and spleen.3. Age,infantal rachitis and iron deficiency anemia have an effect on the distribution of the differentiation of syndrome for IRMD.
