Objective: By analysing the statistics of drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii infection cases, we can know the carbon penicillium alkene resistant acinetobacter baumannii resistant condition and discuss the related mechanism of drug resistance. This research provides theoretical and experimental basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of disease.Methods: 160 strains of acinetobacter baumannii isolated from a hospital in changchun from February 2014 to April 2015,using the designed adjustable Chad form to cases of clinical data for statistical analysis, to epidemiologically survey acientobacter baumannii in nosocomial infections an change of resistance. At the same time, E test and determination of Phast System electrophoresis apparatus, isoelectric point, plasmid extraction and other methods were uesd to investigate the resistant mechanism of penicillium carbon alkene acinetobacter baumannii.Results:(1) clinical isolates of 160 strains of Bauman Acinetobacter, 129strains(80.6%) strains from sputum. Clinical isolates of 160 strains of Bauman Acinetobacter, mainly from the intensive care unit, accounting for40.6%(65/160), followed by the Department of Neurosurgery, 9.4%(15/160).(2) the average drug resistance of 160 strains of BaumanAcinetobacter to the clinical commonly used 10 kinds of antibiotics is76.25%. To divide the according to the PFGE patterns of the 5 types. Type A is major epidemic strains(9 strains), mainly concentrated in the intensive care unit; all strains were made in the isoelectric point of 6.7 carbapenems ene enzyme; PCR and sequencing confirmed for OXA-23 type carbapenemase, found no metal enzyme and contains the class 1 integron,but found no plasmid; OMP analysis found that some clones 31 ku band lost.Conclusion:(1) It is worth of concerning that there is a certain degree of acinetobacter baumannii nosocomial infection in a hospital of changchun,and also Imine culture south resistant acinetobacter is clone propagation ampong hospitals.(2)acinetobacter baumannii mainly produces OXA- 23 type carbon alkene enzyme, OMP lost 3 1 ku band is one of the mechanism of drug resistance.(3)Resistance mechanisms of carbon penicillium alkene acinetobacter baumannii may be resulted from enzyme production and O M P loss of joint action.
