Study On Rural Medical Insurance Satisfaction Of Guazhou Immigrant Communities

Improving medical system by itself is the key of developing of the rural medical insurance. China adjust and reform the medical and health services in order to meet and adapt to the growing and evolving medical and health care demand from the social members Since the day of Establishment new China. Public satisfaction measuremen is the effective way to test a system if adapt to the social development. The main purpose of this study is analyzing the factors of affecting satisfaction through the research medical insurance satisfaction of Guazhou immigrant community. Improving the rural medical insurance system to meet the needs of rural social members to prevent the risk of disease and solving the "poverty caused by illness” problems formrural social members.Understanding the satisfaction of the various aspects of the rural medical insurance policy through collect the original data from Guazhou County, that In depth interviews and questionnaires.The questionnaire data suggested 56% of respondents are satisfied with the current medical insurance policy, the 44% of respondents are not satisfied with the current medical insurance policy.the reasons are known by analysising the factors affecting theSatisfaction result. Factors significantly associated with satisfaction are Medical institutions, Health insurance policy awareness, Medicare reimbursement, Medicare reimbursement program through Univariate analysis andMultivariate regression analysis.Comprehensive analysis, we know the Suggestions to enhancing the health insurance satisfaction from Guazhou immigrant community. The first is offerring a variety of health insurance packages that implementation of a multi file "pay and treatment standards” to meet the different needs of different groups of health care. The Second is Simplifing reimbursement procedures through developmenting and introducting high-tech information technology and new software. The Third is improving the service quality of township medical institutions. The Fourth is enhancing the farmers’ cognition of medical insurance policy through strengting government propaganda. The Fifth is increasing farmer income then increasing investment in healthcare through developping of the local economy.Through systematic research, this paper draws a conclusion: the development trend of medical insurance is well in Guazhou rural immigrant communities; The factors affecting the satisfaction of medical insurance from two aspects of people’s personal characteristics and institutional;Government Financing is the key to improve the rural medical insurance system; The medical insurance problems are Various in Guazhou rural immigrant communities.These suggestions and conclusions is reference value to implementing of new health insurance policy.
