Objective :To summarize the clinical characteristics 、treatment and prognosis of nasal natural killer/T cell lymphoma.Methods :Retrospective analysis the history characteristics 、clinical manifestations 、 treatment and prognosis of 20 cases of nasal natural killer/T cell lymphoma patients who were confirmed by pathology or immunohistochemistry in our hospital.Results :of 20 patients,14 patients were males,6 patients were famales;7 cases were in Ann Arbor Ⅰ,9 cases were in Ann Arbor stageⅡ and 4 cases were in Ann Arbor stage Ⅲ;13 cases had the IPI score0—1 and 7 cases had IPI score 2-3.The main clinical manifestations were nasal obstruction、rhinorrhea、bloody discharge and localizing pain of the nasal sinus.The treatment for the cases in Ann Arbor stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ were mainly radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy. While the treatment for the cases in Ann Arbor stage Ⅲ were chemotherapy,of 2cases were combined with autologous hemopoietic stem cell transplantation(AHSCT).Follow-up to 2016,2 cases gave up tremtment,2cases returned to their local hospitals,5 cases died,1 case was in a critical condition, 10 patients ware in good condition,and no recurrencehappened.Conclusions :The Clinical manifestations of nasal natural killer/T cell lymphoma were not specific and the diagnoses were made by pathology and immunohistochemistry. It was aggressive with high malignant degree and poor grognosis.Early diagnosis and treatment can improve the prognosis of patients.
