Objective: To study the effect of HLA haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)for malignant hematological diseases. Methods: A total of 30 patients(ALL 4 cases, AML 12 cases, CML 7cases, SAA 3cases, MDS 2cases, NHL 2cases) were treated with HLA haploidentical hematopoietic stem cel1 transplantation from November2007 to March 2015. Conditioning regimen Ⅰ:GIAC; Ⅱ:CY+TBI; Ⅲ:FLAG+BU+CY; Ⅳ:BU+CY; Ⅴ:FC. Cyclosporin A(CsA), mycophenolate mofetil(MMF), anti-thymocyte globulin(ATG) and methotrexate(MTX)were used to prevent GVHD.Results: 29 patients achieved hematopoietic reconstitution. The incidence rate of acute graft-versus-host disease(a GVHD) was 27.6%(8/29), and chronic graft-versus-host disease(cGVHD)was 19%(4/21).Transplant-related mortality(TRM) was 30%(9/30) within 100 days post transplantation including graft failure, a GVHD, intracranial hemorrhage and disseminated infections. There were 17 cases of disease-free survivals(DFS) from 100 days to 24 months. Conclusion:HLA haploidentical HSCT is an effective approach for the cure of patients with malignant hematological diseases, and is worth being spreaded and further concluded in clinical practice.
