ObjectiveTo study the distribution of etiology of children with tracheobronchomalacia(TBM) with pneumonia.MethodsThe etiological material of 347 cases of hospitalized children in Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University with TBM with pneumonia from January 2009 to December 2012 were collected and analyzed in SPSS18.0 software.Results1 、 The positive rate of respiratory virus was 53.03%, among the viruses, the top detected virus was RSV(24.21%).Then was PIV3(12.39%),ADV(2.59%).The patients who infected with ADV were almost intensive cases.NO statistical difference was noticed in the virus pathogen of patients with various malacia extent(P>0.05).2)、The positive rate of bacteria in nasopharyngeal aspirates(NPA) was62.82%(218/347), the most common bacteria was haemophilus influenza(15.27%),and then was streptococcus pneumonia(12.96%)and Escherichiacoli(4.61%).The positive rate of bacteria in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) was 51.87%( 180/347), the most common bacteria was Escherichia coli(8.93%) and Klebsiella Pneumoniae ssp.Pneumoniae(8.93%).3、Bacteria detection rate in NPA(62.82%)is higher than that in BALF( 51.87%).There were 116 children’s bacteria culture result were completely consistent between NPA and BALF,44 cases cultured the same bacteria,72 cases were negative, coincidence rate is 33.43%(116/347).4、NO statistical difference was noticed in the positive detection rate of bacteria pathogen of patients with various malacia extent and various condition.5、Among the 290 cases, the positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)was5.17(15/290).Conclusions1、Bacteria is the most major pathogens of TBM with pneumonia in our study. The positive rate of bacteria in NPA is higher than that in BALF.The Bacteria that detected in NPA and BALF have poor consistency.2、RSV is the most major virus pathogens of TBM with pneumonia in our study.Patients with ADV were almost intensive cases.3、No relationship between bacteria positive detectable rate and various malacia extent and various condition. No relationship between viral detection and various malacia.4、MP is not common in our study.
