Effects Of Rho-kinase Inhibitors(Fasudil) In Patients With Microvascular Angina

Objective:The microvascular angina(cardiac X syndrome) were treated with Rho kinase inhibitor(fasudil) for 2 weeks after,To study the effects of Rho-kinase(fasudil) inhibitors on curative effect and the cytokine of IL-1、NO expression in patients with microvascular angina.Methods:Fifty patients with microvascular angina in our hospital were randomly divided into conventional treatment(group A,n=25) and rho-kinase inhibitor(fasudil)treatment(group B,n=25).and 20 cases of normal people in our hospital were randomly selected as control(group C,n=20).Through treadmill exercise treadmill test, The movement time of angina pectoris,the duration of angina pectoris and angina pectoris attack times each weeks before and after three months were recorded before and after treatment in all patients. The expression of IL-1 were measured by ELISA,The expression of NO measured by Nitrate reductase methed.Results :Angina pectoris of group A and B were improved and total effectiveness rate was obviously higher in fasudil therapy group(80.00%) than in conventional therapy group(52.00%) after two weeks treatment(P <0.05).The levels of NO were lower but the levels of ET-1 were higher in groups A and B than in group C before treatment(P <0.01).The levels of NO increased but the levels of ET-1 decreased in groups A and B after treatment(P <0.01).(5)The levels of NO were higher but the levels of ET-1 were lower in group B than in group A after treatment(P <0.01).Conclusion:Fasudil can improve microvascular angina symptoms and improve exercise tolerance. Fasudil can improve vascular endothelial function in patients with microvascular angina and affect the expression level of NO and ET-1.
