The Clinical Study Of Peishi ShenQiSanHuang Decoetion In The Treatment Of Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) With QiBu SheXue

Objective: Verify Pei Shenqi decoction treatment of gas is not taken the effectiveness and safety of blood group of ITP, promotion Pei Shenqi decoction is widely used in clinical, so as to achieve the benefit in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Metheds: 60 cases of ITP with QiBuSheXue were divided into groups randomly(Chinese medicine teeatment group of PeiShi ShenQiSanHuang decoetion, westen medicine control group of Prednisone), the treatment group of 30 cases, 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given PeiShi ShenQiSanHuang decoetion, the control group was given prednisone. For a period of 1 months, observed in 2 cycles, after 3 months of follow-up. The patients before and after treatment in the clinical curative effect of Western medicine, integration of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, the changes of skin purpura, peripheral platelet count, side effect,long-term efficacy, the liver and kidney function etc of analysis.Results: The treatment group of 29 patients completed,the control group of 30 cases.finished in the experiment. ①The clinical curative effect of Western medicine: there was no significant difference in the clinical curative effect of Western Medicine(P=0.092,P>0.05);②Chinese medicine clinical syndrome integral: PeiShi ShenQiSanHuang decoetion in TCM syndrome integral than prednisone(P=0.27, P > 0.05);③The improvement of skin purpura: PeiShi ShenQiSanHuang decoetion on skin purpura is better than prednisone(P < 0.05);④Peripheral platelet: PeiShi ShenQiSanHuang decoetion after 1 months of treatment in elevated platelet than the prednisone(P, 0.05), in the 2 months after the treatment of Peishi ShenQiSanHuang decoetion group in Peripheral platelet is better than prednisone group(P < 0.05);⑤ Side effects: PeiShi ShenQiSanHuang decoetion is superior in terms of side effects than prednisone(P=0.027, P < 0.05);⑥ The long-term effect: three are 8 cases of platelet count decreased more than 30% in PeiShi ShenQiSanHuang decoetion group, the ratio was 29.63%, 11 cases of platelet count decreased more than 30% in the prednisone group,the ratio was 42.31%, that is better than in the long-term curative effect of PeiShiShenQiSanHuang decoetion(P=0.039, P < 0.05); ⑦ Liver function and renal function:before and after treatment in the two groups were in the normal range, there is no evaluation significance.Conclusion: PeiShiShenQiSanHuang decoetion can alleviate the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in treating the ITP with QiBuSheXue; improve skin purpura situation; for a short period of time(with in 1 months) to enhance platelet rate less than prednisone, but 2 months of continuous treatment, compared with prednisone reduction maintenance stage in platelets increased steadily, long-term effect is better than prednisone; The side effect is less than prednisone, the ITP treatment can reach the safe range(PLT > 30*109/L,no bleeding), three is worthy of further research and promotion.
