Objective: Endophyte plants and host plant parasitic process can produce the same or similar host pharmacologically active ingredients. This paper aims to observe licorice effective endophyte strains Licorice root, flavonoids and anti-inflammatory effects of total saponins difference, provide the basis for the study of licorice endophytes its host anti-inflammatory effects of licorice correlation and found the source of new drugs.Method: 1. Detection by MTT assay cells were stimulated with different concentrations of LPS toxicity of mouse monocyte cell(RAW 264.7), and the use of Griess method, different concentrations of LPS stimulation RAW 264.7 cell supernatants NO content filter out the best concentration of LPS inflammation model for access down to pave the way for experiments in vitro anti-inflammatory. 2. Itwas stronger, and the inhibition strength than cultivated licorice endophytes each active strain(P<0.05); Compared with the total cultivated licorice flavonoid group,which exponentially higher than those strains effective inhibition(P<0.05); Inhibition of host group is generally higher than the effective strain group(P<0.05).3.Were isolated from a wild licorice 63 endophytes, which endophytic bacteria 31, respectively JTYB001, JTYB002, JTYB003…JTYB031, endophytic fungi 32, respectively JTYF001, JTYF002, JTYF003… JTYF032. And wild licorice decoction group, wild licorice total flavonoids group, compared to, JTYF027 with total indifference wild licorice saponin group showed no difference in the inhibition;JTYB018 of TNF-α secretion than the wild licorice total saponins, compared stronger than the saponin group(P<0.05); There was no difference compared JTYB018 of no and secretion of the wild licorice decoction group, total flavonoids group of wild licorice, wild licorice total saponins of IL-6. 4. Compared with the cultivation of Licorice root, and JTYB018 group differences JTZB014 secreted IL-6 with a statistically significant(P<0.05), JTZB006,JTZB016, JTZB018, ZB062 with indifference; Secretion of TNF-α effective with the host strain group was no different.Conclusion: 1. Cultivated licorice effective endophyte strains and host decoction, total flavonoids and total saponins on the secretion of inflammatory cytokines induced by LPS RAW 264.7: each group could inhibit inflammatory cytokines RAW 264.7 NO, TNF-α, IL-6secretion, comprehensive comparison JTZB006, JTZB014, JTZB016, JTZB018, JTZB062 effects were weaker than the host of each group, but the effective strain ZB006, ZB016 effect is relatively strong. 2. The wild licorice effective endophyte strains and host decoction, total flavonoids and total saponins on the secretion of inflammatory cytokines induced by LPS RAW 264.7: each group could inhibit inflammatory cytokines RAW 264.7 NO, TNF-α, IL- 6secretion, comprehensive comparison JTYB018,JTYF027 role with the host similar groups. 3.Wild and Cultivated licorice effective endophyte strains and host decoction, total flavonoids and total saponins inhibit the secretion of inflammatory cytokines RAW 264.7 on pneumonia in mice: each group could inhibit the inflammatory cytokines TNF-α RAW 264.7 secretion of IL-6, in a comprehensive comparison,the effective strain groups weaker than the host group,the effective strain JTZB006, JTZB016, JTZB018, ZB062 effect is relatively strongger.
