Objective To analyze the risk factors of neurological complications after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods Search through CNKI、Wanfang database、CBM and Pubmed to find all relevant medical publications, Meta-analysis results were estimated using fixed effect model or random effect model. Results Fifteen studies were included, concerning 272 cases and 2169 controls. The overall results suggested that alternative donor(OR=2.95,95%CI=2.04-4.26), haploid transplantation(OR=2.54,95%CI=1.53-4.24),non-genetic transplantation(OR=1.92, 95%CI=1.29-2.85),umbilical cord blood transplantation (OR=3.02,95%CI=1.81-5.04), acute graft versus host disease>Ⅱ (OR=5.88,95%CI=1.86-18.60)were associated with increased incidence of neurological complications after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(P< 0.05). Gender, primary disease, total body radiation, Busulfan were not associated with increased incidence of neurological complications after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (P>0.05).Conclusion Alternative donor, haploid transplantation, non-genetic transplantation, umbilical cord blood transplantation, acute graft versus host disease>Ⅱ were risk factors of neurological complications after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. |
