Investigation On Self-managed Learning Of Nursing Postgraduates

Objective:This study on the self-managed learning level of nursing postgraduate through the investigation, analysis the current situation of self-managed learning of nursing postgraduates and the problems they exist in this area, and the existing problems are proposed. To provide reference for nursing postgraduate teaching and training mode reform.Methods:This study is based on the literature analysis questionnaire to determine the framework, a careful analysis of the nursing postgraduates measured indicators of self-managed learning, the initial preparation of the test questions, and through expert consultation, a small range of pre testing were repeated screening test, eventually forming a self-managed learning level questionnaire of the nursing postgraduate students.The nursing postgraduate student of Shanxi Medical University as the research object, through the investigation prepared questionnaire, and supply the results which were interviewed in questionnaire survey. This study through the seven dimensions of the investigation and Analysis on the self-managed learning level questionnaire of nursing postgraduates.Results:Questionnaire results: the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Survey results: nursing graduate self-managed learning level is medium. Research on female postgraduate nursing students was significantly higher than that of male, but the difference was not significant; the work of nursing graduate students was higher than that of no work, significant difference; study of nursing master students from the city is slightly higher than the non City, but the difference was not significant; the push from the nursing postgraduate entrance examination is slightly higher than the graduate students,but the difference was not significant; in the self-managed learning content, grade three and grade two nursing postgraduate student is higher than the first grade, significant difference, the other six dimensions and the overall grade differences were not significant;nursing scientific research degree is slightly higher than the professional degree, but the difference was not significant; love nursing graduate nursing is higher than the uncertainty and not love the nursing profession, the difference was significant.Conclusion:In this study, we developed a "self-managed learning level questionnaire", which shows that it has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a quantitative standard.Through the investigation on the situation of self-managed learning of postgraduate nursing students, found that the current nursing postgraduates’ self-managed learning level is medium, different grades, whether work and whether love of nursing differences,For the status and existing problems of nursing postgraduates learning self-managed learning, we puts forward some suggestions from the individual, school and teacher.
