Study On The Correlation Between IgE Levels And Eosinophils Counts In Peripheral Blood Of Patients With Hypereosinophilic Dermatitis

Objective:This paper aims to detect the correlation between Ig E levels and eosinophils counts in peripheral blood of patients with eosinophilic dermatitis.In order to provide a experimental data support for clinical diagnosis and treatment strategy.Methods:This lesson collected 30 cases(experimental group) of HED patients healed in the first clinical hospital of Shanxi medical university dermatologist and 30 cases(control group) of healthy people in the first clinical hospital of Shanxi medical university medical center. the blood cell analyzer was developed for the determination of eosinophil count level in peripheral blood and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was developed for the determination of Ig E count in the peripheral blood.The results were determinded as(+) according to the EOS count levels greater than 1.5×109 / L,and as(-) according to the EOS count levels less than 1.5×109 / L;Ig E levels greater than the result 120 KU / L were determinded as(+) less than 120 KU / L was determinded as(-).Applicate SPSS22.0 statistical software for analysis: All datas were showed as the mean±s.d. Mean values were compared using the t-test.The correlation among data were using correlation analysis to P <0.05 indicated a statistically significant difference.Compare the correlation between Ig E expression degree and eosinophil count in the peripheral blood between groups.Results:(1)The positive rates of EOS count and Ig E level in peripheral blood were 57% and93% respectively in the experimental group;The positive rates of Ig E level in peripheral blood was 3% in control group.The EOS count in the case group is higher than the count in the control group, the difference was significant(t=3.502,P<0.01).The Ig E levels in the case group is higher than the levels in the control group, the difference was significant(t=7.922,P<0.01).The EOS count and Ig E levels in the case group were higher than the data in the control group.(2)The EOS count and Ig E level in the peripheral blood in experimental group and control group have the positive correlation.The case group by Spearman rank correlation analysis to obtain a value of 0.603,The control group obtained a value of 0.697 by Pearson correlation analysis 。And the two groups were moderate positive correlation between the level of detection in the difference between the two was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Ig E which was detected in the body showed a high level of state in HED patients,and in HED patients Ig E levels and EOS levels count are showing a moderate positively correlation. It’s contribute to the clinical observation and treatment of HED by measured thevalues of EOS and Ig E levels.
