The Diagnosis Analysis Of MDCT In Adrenal Cystic Lesions

Objective:Based on clinically and pathologically proved adrenal cystic lesions in CT signs analysis, and the clinical manifestations, laboratory examination and follow-up observation,improve of adrenal cystic lesions in the recognition and diagnosis, in order to facilitate the treatment and follow-up of patients.Methods:June 2011 ~ 200 to 15 December of 101 cases of adrenal cystic lesions diseases were analyzed, 49 cases of female patients, 52 cases were male patients, aged from 12 to 76 years old, with a median age of 47 years old patient with surgery or laparoscopic pathology confirmed adrenal cystic lesions. Using GE highspeed 64 slice spiral CT scan and enhanced scan, layer thickness of 2.5mm, pitch of 1.0; dynamic two or three phase enhanced scanning, using high-pressure syringes intravenous injection of contrast agent iopromide, ioversol 70-80 ml, velocity 3.0ml/s. The end of the scan were transferred to the workstation, through the thin layer reconstruction and coronal, sagittal reconstruction, and summarizes the common and uncommon adrenal cystic lesions CT signs.Results:101 cases of adrenal cystic lesions, including 45 cases of right adrenal gland, 50 cases on the left side, 9 cases with bilateral. CT on the size, shape, density, cystic wall,there is no wall nodule and strengthening degree analysis. 4 cases cystic pheochromocytoma of tuberculosis of 39 cases of non tumorous cystic lesions, the adrenal gland epithelial cyst in 24 cases, endothelial cyst in 2 cases, which were lymphatic tumor type, pseudo cyst in 13 cases, hemorrhagic cyst in 8 cases, infection of false cyst in 5 cases,of which 2 cases, and one of the cases with pulmonary tuberculosis; tumor cystic lesions in62 cases, including 36 cases of adrenal cortical carcinoma cystic degeneration in 4 cases,including two cases of clear adrenal cortical hyperfunction symptoms and adrenal metastatic tumor cystic changes in 8 cases, lung cancer metastasis and nerve fibroma in 7cases, neurilemmoma, ganglioneuroma in 3 cases.Conclusion:the qualitative and position of adrenal cystic lesions diagnosis of 64 slice spiral CT can provide many important features, treatment and follow-up of patients is important.
