Objective:To investigate the clinical-pathology factors of Ig A nephropathy patients with hyperuricemia. Methods:Analyses were performed to divide the 188 Ig A nephropathy patients into high levels of uric acid grounp and normal uric acid grounp, collect pathology and biochemical indicators, multivariate analysis was used to identify the risk factors.Results:1. According to the information, the age interval was from 14 to 64 years old,the incidence of the disease was more common to see in 20-30 year old grounp.in the grounp there were 97(51.59%) males, and 91(48.41%) females, sex ratio is1.07:1(male to female). According to the uric acid level, the patients were divided into hyperuricemia grounp with 42 cases and normal uric acid grounp with 146 cases. The incidence of the 188 cases of Ig A nephropathy patients with hyperuricemia was22.34%.The ratio of male to female between the two grounps was significantly different,P<0.001.2.Of these 188 patients 62 cases with hypertension. The incidence of hypertention in the two grounps was significantly different,P<0.001.3.Oxford classification of Ig A nephropathy patients with hyperuricemia was predominant M1E1S0T0.When the Ig A antibody deposites in capillary loops theclinical-pathology manifestations were relatively heavy. The tubulointerstitiallesions of Ig A nephropathy with hyperuricemia was heavy damage than that of normal uric acid.4.Gender,obesity,hyperlipidemia and deposition of the Ig A antibody in the capillary loops were risk factors of hyperuricemia in patients with Ig A nephropathy.Conclusions:1.The incidence of hyperuricemia in Ig A nephropathy patients was more higher than normal people.2.Regular monitoring of uric acid level, guiding patients to control weight, lowering blood lipids in Ig A nephropathy patients is expecting to delay the progression of Ig A nephropathy.
