Objective:To explore the change rule of CTRP6 in CAD, trying to investigate the association of plasma CTRP6 levels with CAD and further analyze its relationship with sevoflurane,to better clarify the possibility of CTRP6 as a clinical predictor. Methods:The study is divided into two parts:(1) Sixty four healthy subjects served as controls(group N, n=64), consecutive 76 CAD patients enrolling from inpatients were trial group(group C, n=76) according to the clinical symptoms, diagnostic criteria and the results of coronary artery angiography(CAG). Plasma CTRP6 levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Using correlation analysis to analyze the correlation between plasma CTRP6 levels and clinical datas. The Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze whether CTRP6 is a risk factor for CAD.(2)Combined with the test result of first part, 53 patients underwent coronary artery bypass surgery were divided into 2 groups: the propofol group(group P, n=28) with propofol-sufentanil- cisatracurium besilate to maintain anaesthesia and the sevoflurane + propofol group(group S, n=25) with sevoflurane- propofol- sufentanil- cisatracurium besilate to maintain anaesthesia, detecting plasma CTRP6 levels in the preoperative and postoperative 4h of patients in both groups by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay respectively, comparing the difference of plasma CTRP6 concentration between preoperative and postoperative 4h, and then observing the influence of sevoflurane on the concentration of plasma CTRP6 in patients with coronary artery bypass surgery by independent-samples t test.Results:1. The relationship of plasma CTRP6 with CAD Plasma levels of CTRP6 were significantly lower in group C patients than in group N subjects(P < 0.001); Correlation analysis showed that CTRP6 levels were correlated positively with HDL cholesterol(HDL-C) levels, and negatively with body mass index(BMI), triglyceride(TG) and fasting blood glucose(FBG) in group C; Logistic regression analysis showed that the decline of plasma CTRP6 expression was correlated with the prevalence of CAD.2. The effects of sevoflurane on plasma CTRP6 concentration in patients with coronary artery bypass surgery Plasma CTRP6 concentration of preoperative did not make obviously difference in group P and group S(P > 0.05). And compared with group P, the difference of plasma CTRP6 concentration between preoperative and postoperative 4h in group S was increased without significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1. Plasma levels of CTRP6 decreased in CAD patients, and the decline of plasma CTRP6 expression was an independent risk factor for CAD.2. Sevoflurane had no obviously influence on plasma CTRP6 concentration in patients with coronary artery bypass surgery, prompting the cardiac protection of sevoflurane on CAD patients with coronary artery bypass graft surgery may have nothing to do with CTRP6.
