objective:To analysis the risk factors for therapeutic post-ERCP pancreatitis and efficacy of endoscopic nasal biliary drainage in the prevention and treatment of post-ERCP pancreatitis. Methods:We collected the hospital information of the 120 patients of bile duct stones from May 2013 to May 2015 at the first affiliated hospital of shanxi medical university undergo ERCP examination or treatment.according to certain inclusion and exclusion criteria data. For the cases conformed to the standard,we will divid randomly the screening Eligible subjects into experimental group and control group, the experimental group were given nasal biliary drainage, the control group did not undergo nasal biliary drainage.then we frist adopt the single factor analysis to analyz age, sex, anesthesia, intubation times, the number of developing pancreatic duct,ERCP past history, sphincterotomy(EST) and other factors and relations of post-ERCP pancreatitis, For the factors which had statistically significan in single factor analysis, we put them into unconditioned Logistic regression analysis. Results:We founded the correlationage of age, sex, multiple intubation, the number of developing pancreatic etc and the occurrence of post- ERCP pancreatitis and hyperamylasemia in single factor analysis, namely P ≤ 0.05. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the women and multiple intubation was risk factors, nasal biliary drainage was protection factor of post-ERCP pancreatitis. the result showed that there was 1 case(1.7%) occurred pancreatitis and 12 patients(20%)occurred hyperamylasemia in the experimental group, contraryly control group had 14 cases of post-ERCP(23.3%) of pancreatitis and 30 cases(50.0%) of hyperamylasemia, thus the incidence of acute pancreatitis and hyperamylasemia was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion:Women, multiple intubation are risk factors for post-ERCP pancreatitis, endoscopic biliary drainage can effectively prevent the occurrence of post-ERCP pancreatitis.
