Objective:Discussion acetylcysteine effervescent tablets and CPAP are two ways to treat obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with clinical efficacy. Methods:Randomly selected from March 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital sleep center to monitor treatment by polysomnography monitor(PSG) OSAS patients with newly diagnosed 100 cases, 74 cases were male, 26 females, are used 14C- urea breath capsules for detecting the infection situation. Patients with Hp positive results for the 63 cases, 47 cases were male, female 16 cases, the results for Hp-positive patients as research subjects were randomly divided into acetylcysteine effervescent tablets treatment group of21patients(A group), CPAP treatment 20 patients(group B), the control group of 22patients(group C); observe and record the time of enrollment after 6 months and each group of patients with a body mass index(BMI), sleep apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),mean nocturnal oxygen saturation(Sa O2mean), nocturnal lowest oxygen saturation(Sa O2min), at night the longest duration of apnea(LA), nocturnal oxygen saturation below 90% of the time percentage of total sleep time(SLT90), Hp positive situation.Results:1.Three groups after treatment Hp negative rate case in which group A, group B and group C had significant difference(P <0.05).2.BMI, AHI, Sa O2 mean, Sa O2 min, LA, SLT90 were significantly different before and after treatment in group B(P <0.05); group A and group C before and after treatment the BMI, AHI, Sa O2 mean, Sa O2 min, LA, SLT90 no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusions:Acetylcysteine effervescent tablets and CPAP treatment of Hp infection in OSAS patients could reduce the Hp infection rate..
