ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between the level of C1q/TNF-related protein 3(CTRP3)and premenopausal women with coronary heart disease(CHD).MethodsA total of 100 female suspected CHD patients from Oct.2014 to Jun.2015 were selected for the study, including 50 cases of CHD were diagnosed by coronary angiography(CAG) and another 50 cases were confirmed by the the CAG examination coronary artery completely normal control group, there were premenopausal female CHD(20 cases)and the control groups were post-menopausal female CHD(30 cases),and premenopausal female with normal coronary artery(20 cases),and post-menopausal female with normal coronary artery(30 cases). The levels of CTRP3,and adiponectin APN were determined by ELISA, and the serum levels of cholesterol, and Hcy in plasma were detected by Biochemical analyzer.Results1 The plasma level of CTRP3 pg/ml in premenopausal CHD group26.45±24.32)was higher than the control group of post-menopausal CHD(7.05±5.61,P 0.05, and the normal control group of premanopausal female6.92±4.37,P 0.05, and the normal control group of post-menopausal female8.09±6.85 P 0.05;2 The plasma level of APN ug/ml in premenopausal CHD group(518.21±402.91)was higher than that normal control group of premanopausal female197.58±85.205,P 0.05, and the control group of post-menopausal CHD( 238.85±135.39 P 0.05, and the normal control group of post-menopausal female(256.88±140.89 P 0.05;3 The plasma level of Hcy mmol/L in premenopausal CHD group was significantly higher than that normal control group of premanopausal female 12.61±2.86 VS 9.35±0.95,P 0.01;4 The results showed that CTRP3 had a positive correlation with adiponectin r=0.731 P 0.0001, and there is no relationship between CTRP3 and other cardiovascular factors such as total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, fasting blood-glucose, uric acid, and Hcy.ConclusionCTRP3 had a correlation with CHD in premenopausal women.
