Meta Snalysis Of Relationship Between Vaspin And Obesity In Adults,Children Or Adolescents

Objective to exploer the relationship between vaspin and obesity in adults,children or adolescents.Methods: We search the case-control study and cross- sectional study of relationship of vaspin and obesity.Meta analysis were down with the review manager software provided by Cochrane cooperation. The continuous variable use weighted mean standard deviation as outcome measures. Demonstrated as 95% confidence interva1.Take fixed effect model or random effect model to analyse the results.Results: Vaspin were significantly higher in obese adult subjects compared to controls(SDW= 1.26ng/ml,95%CI(0.19,2.32)). And Vaspin were higher in obese child or adolescent subjects compared to controls(0.32ng/ml,95%CI(0.06,0.58)),but not remarkable.Conclusion:There are higher surous vaspin in obese subjects, and the adult subjects is notable. Compensatory increase maybe the reason.
