Objective: To study IL-6, IL-10, CRP and PCT level of serum in children’s hand, foot and mouth disease complicated by bacterial infection for the early clinical diagnostic value, at the same time to test the HFMD EV71 type, and to explore whether hand, foot and mouth disease complicated by bacterial infection have a certain relevance. Methods: Collected the samples of hand, foot and mouth disease in department of infectious diseases during October 2014 to October 2015.Chose the simple viral infection group 63 examples, merger bacterial infection group 63 cases.Virus infection group age range was(3.03±1.48), the male 36 patients, 27 cases of female;Merge bacterial infection group age range was(2.81±1.29), 45 cases of male and female 18 cases.Healthy controls chose 63 cases from maternal and child care service centre in July 2015, this group of children’s age was(3.90±1.29), the male 25 cases, 38 cases of female. This group of children had no infectious history of respiratory tract, enteron. Who also denied exposure to infectious diseases like HFMD.Collected client peripheral venous blood 3 ml, and chosed enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) double antibody clamp method to determine the serum IL-6, IL-10, EV71- Ig M level. Immune turbidimetric method was used to detect serum CRP level.Enzyme-linked fluorescent method was used to detect the serum PCT level. At the same time, collected laboratory corresponding results of the WBC, and made a comparative analysis. Results: 1.The IL-6, IL-10, CRP and PCT level in serum of children with virus infection group compared with the normal control group level had a certain degree of rise, IL-6, IL-10,the CRP level rose obviously, its significantly statistically significant differences(P < 0.05), while the WBC level was slightly lower as compared to normal control level.2.Compared with pure virus infection group, with bacteria infection group had elevated levels of serum CRP and PCT, the WBC amplitude was obvious, its significantly statistically significant differences(P < 0.05), whereas the serum IL-6, IL-10 level between a certain degree of rise, but the level of the difference between no statistical significance(P > 0.05).3.126 cases of 37 cases in children with hand, foot and mouth disease to enterovirus type 71, 23 cases of simplex virus group, 14 cases with bacteria infection group, the rest were not enterovirus type 71.Conclusion: 1. Children with hand, foot and mouth disease early infection indexes in serum IL-6, IL-10, CRP and PCT levels were elevated to a certain extent, causing the body after the virus invading the body certain inflammatory and anti-inflammatory response, infected with hand, foot and mouth disease had a certain degree of correlation, could be used as auxiliary diagnosis of infected with hand, foot and mouth disease diagnosis.2. The combination of bacterial infection, IL-6, IL-10 level detection in the aspect of combination of bacterial infection and virus infection to identify clinical value was not significant, the WBC, CRP and PCT level in serum detection in the hand, foot and mouth disease whether early for clinical diagnosis of infection with bacteria infection had a certain value.3. Specific enterovirus infection of hand, foot and mouth disease sort was varied. In this study, 126 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease enterovirus type 71 only had 37 cases, including combined bacteria only 14 cases of infection, therefore, foot and mouth disease complicated by bacterial infection associated with enterovirus type 71 whether need further research.
