Objective:1. "DEXA" as the gold standard, observe quantitative ultrasound bone strength evaluation instrument clinical application value in the diagnosis of osteoporosis. 2. Discuss with bone quantitative ultrasound bone and radial difference method in the diagnosis of osteoporosis.Methods:Collected from October 2014 to December 2015 in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang shihezi university in various clinical departments of adult female general information(age, occupation, contact number, nationality, etc.), medical history, family history, physical examination(height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, BMI), smoking history, drinking history, lifestyle, and influence the information such as the dietary intake of calcium absorption. Using ELISA method to detect biochemical indicators, including serum calcium, phosphorus, serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and parathyroid hormone(PTH), serum osteocalcin(BGP), 25 hydroxy vitamin D, etc. In accordance with the recommended by the world health organization(WHO) of osteoporosis diagnosis standard, by dual energy X-ray diagnostic gold standard, the subjects were divided into normal group, bone loss, osteoporosis, and to observe the occurrence of osteoporosis among women characteristics and blood biochemical indexes of its influence, using the binary classification variables to multivariate Logistic regression analysis, according to the ultrasonic detection of calcaneal quantitative and radial intensity, ROC curve drawing respectively and calculate the area under the curve, calculating the critical value and the degree of sensitivity, specific,explore calcaneal quantitative ultrasound method and radial applied value in the diagnosis of osteoporosis.Results:1. Osteoporosis group than in osteoporosis in ALP, PTH, BGP and differences between 25(OH) VD was statistically significant(P < 0.05), between Ca and P has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).2. ALP, BGP and lumbar spine BMD at(l1-l4) and femoral neck BMD has certain correlation, a negative correlation.3. With DEXA as gold standard in bone mass in the normal group, calcaneal QUS with radial QUS and DEXA detection rate is large; In bone loss in the group, the calcaneal QUS and DEXA testing consistency taller; In the osteoporosis group, radial QUS and DEXA testing consistency is higher.4. The median number of SI calcaneal QUS presents gradually reduce along with the age growth trend(99.06 ~ 70.40); The mean radius of the QUS SI along with the age growth does not appear obvious,but in 70- age group is almost coincide with calcaneal QUS group.5. Calcaneal QUS and radial QUS value to the diagnosis of osteoporosis: when calcaneal QUS T value =1.750, osteoporosis about an index has A maximum of 1.557, the sensitivity was 80.3%, 75.4%, the area under the curve(A = 0.837, P < 0.001, the diagnosis of osteoporosis has A certain value; When calcaneal QUS SI A value of 74.50, osteoporosis about an index has A maximum of 1.563, the sensitivity was 80.3%, 76.0%, the area under the curve(A = 0.847, P < 0.001, the diagnosis of osteoporosis has A certain value; Ultrasonic radial T value the area under the curve(A = 0.514, P =0.671, ultrasonic radial SI value area under the curve A = 0.520, P = 0.522, so the ultrasonic radial T value, SI value is still diagnostic value for osteoporosis.Conclusion:Calcaneal QUS has certain value in the diagnosis of osteoporosis, and T value and SI values can be used as diagnostic indicators; Radial QUS irreplaceable calcaneal QUS as a way of the diagnosis of osteoporosis.
