The Expression Of TGF-β And VEGF In Synovial Tissue Of OA Patients And Its Clinical Significance

Objective:Through the expression of VEGF and TGF-β in the synovial tissue of the knee arthritis, to detect the relationship between the TGF-β 、 VEGF factors and the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis.Method:According to the severity of the knee joint, it is divided into 3 groups, 50 cases in each group. The health knee joint were regarded as control group,50 cases in the group。To explore the relationship between TGF-β、VEGF in synovial tissue and the pathological changes of synovial tissue by immunohistochemistry.Results : The expression of TGF- β and VEGF in each group has a certain correlation with the pathological changes of synovial tissue of osteoarthritis(P<0.01).With the increase of the degree of synovial tissue lesions, the expression of TGF- β was decreased, and the homeostasis is unbalanced, the synovial tissue showed inflammatory changes. The expression of VEGF is an increasing phenomenon, which promotes the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells, and provides the conditions for the aggregation of inflammatory factors.Compared with the normal group, the expression of TGF-β and VEGF showed significant difference(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the adjacent groups(P>0.01).The expression of VEGF was negatively correlated with the expression of TGF-β(r=0.783).Conclusion:The expression of TGF-β and VEGF in synovial tissue of the knee joint has a certain degree of correlation with the severity of the disease and increases with the severity of the knee joint.The expression of TGF-β can can be regarded as a chemical examination index of the osteoarthritis.
