Objective: To investigate the influences of accommodation function of myopia patients after implanting Phakic Posterior Chamber V4 c Implantable Collamer lens/ Toric Implantable Collamer lens(ICL/TICL), which including accommodative amplitude, positive/negative relative accommodation, near point of accommodation, accommodative facility. Methods: This study used prospective methods. A total number of twenty-one patients(42eyes)with V4 c ICL/TICL implanted for correcting high myopia in Cataract and Myopia treatment center of Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College from January to September in 2015 were chosen. The accommodative amplitude, near point of accommodation, accommodative facility for monocular and accommodative amplitude, positive/negative relative accommodation, near point of accommodation, accommodative facility for binocular were examined at preoperative and postoperative 3 months. Finally the accommodate parameters about monocular and binocular on preoperative and postoperative were statistically analyzed by software SPSS17.0 paired t-test.Results: Monocular: the accommodative amplitude(8.35±1.85)D(3 months), which were evidently higher than preoperative ones(7.68±1.73)D. The comparisons had statistical significance(t=4.361,P=0.000). The accommodative facility(9.61±2.28)cpm/min(3 months), which were evidently higher than preoperative ones(9.09±1.97)cpm/min. The comparisons had statistical significance(t=3.483,P=0.001). The near point of accommodation( 7.75±1.75) cm(3 months), which were evidently nearer than preoperative ones(10.30±1.49)cm. The comparisons had statistical significance(t=12.931,P=0.000). Binocular: the accommodative amplitude(8.49±2.28)D(3 months), which were evidently higher than preoperative ones(7.21±2.20)D. The comparisons had statistical significance(t=2.513,P=0.021). The accommodative facility(11.11±0.77)cpm/min(3 months), which were evidently higher than preoperative ones(9.28±2.41)cpm/min. The comparisons had statistical significance(t=3.254,P=0.004). The near point of accommodation( 6.22±1.56) cm(3 months), which were evidently nearer than preoperative ones(9.18±1.89)cm. The comparisons had statistical significance(t=7.477,P=0.000). The positive relative accommodation(-5.02±1.43)D(3 months), which were evidently higher than preoperative ones(-3.64±1.57)D. The comparisons had statistical significance(t=3.371,P=0.003). The negative relative accommodation(3.21±0.50)D(3 months), which were evidently higher than preoperative ones(2.64±0.81)D. The comparisons had statistical significance(t=3.211,P=0.004).Conclusion: After implanting phakic posterior chamber V4 c implantable collamer lens/ toric implantable collamer lens(ICL/TICL), the accommodative amplitude, positive/ negative relative accommodation, accommodative facility of myopia patients were evidently higher than preoperative ones, near point of accommodation were clearly nearer than preoperative ones.
