Objective: According to relevant management measures for the national health food, the preparation process, quality standard, stability and efficiency of Li Jian granules were experimental study, to establish a scientific, reasonable, feasible extraction process, molding process, and to investigat the quality standard, long-term stability and efficiency.Method: 1.With the yield of polysaccharides and total saponins yield comprehensive score as the indexes,using L9(34) orthogonal experiment investigat the solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction times and preferably the best extraction process.2.The extraction liquid drying conditions, bulking agent, wetting agent and flavoring agent were investigated, to determine the health particles forming process.3.In the study of quality standard, TLC was used to qualitative distinguish ginseng, medlar, Huang Jing, Rehmannia;Follow the requirements of health food signs composition, physical and chemical indicators, microbial indicators, the total saponins, crude polysaccharide content,moisture, ash, net content,pesticide residues,the total number of colonies, coliform bacteria, mold and yeast, pathogenic bacteria were investigated.4.Using the accelerated 3 month experiment, study on long-term stability of Li Jian granules.5.According to the alleviating physical fatigue function research methods of "Health food inspection and evaluation of technical specifications" in the 2003 edition to inspect alleviating physical fatigue health function of Li Jian granule.Result: 1.The optimum extraction process is solid-liquid ratio 1:8, extraction time 1H, extraction for 3 times.2.The molding process was that the drying conditions of extraction liquid is the temperature of 80 DEG C for 60 hours, filler selects maltodextrin, wetting agents selects 80% ethanol, flavoring agent selects 1‰ aspartame.3.The TLC qualitative identification of ginseng, medlar, Huang Jing were positive while Rehmanniae was negative and the physical and chemical indicators and microbial indicators of Li Jian granules are in line with requirements.4.The nature of Li Jian granule accelerated for 3 months is stable.5.Li Jian Granule on alleviating physical fatigue health function is obvious.Conclusion: The research results show that Li Jian granule preparation process is reasonable, scientific and feasible;The quality standard is reasonable;The nature is stable;Alleviating physical fatigue function is obvious.
