Investigation And Analysis Of The Influencing Factors Of Awareness In General Anesthesia

In this study, a coal mine hospital patients of Jincheng as the research object,investigated intraoperative awareness in general anesthesia, understand the impact of factors causing intraoperative awareness in general anesthesia, and influencing factors were analyzed, from patient level, medical staff level, hospital level to reduce intraoperative awareness occurred rate strategy.This study will provide a reference for further research, also for the protection of the physical and mental health of patients,maintaining a good medical treatment order, building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients to create an external environment.The methods used in the study include: 1.documentary Analysis. With CNKI database,Wanfang database, Pub Med, VIP and other databases, to "intraoperative awareness", "general anesthesia and intraoperative awareness", "influence factor" as key words search,the study retrievaled similar topics of literature at home and abroad more than 70 papers to write a literature review, and understand domestic and foreign general anesthesia awareness during the surgery of the rate and its affecting factors, and dig research ideas.2.Questionnaire Survey. Based on the previous research of many scholars to improve the Brice questionnaire, a questionnaire survey was designed to investigate the incidence of awareness during general anesthesia, which mainly included: general information,anesthesia and surgery-related(sections, anesthesia, anesthesia anesthesia induction,anesthesia maintenance, etc.), improved Brice questionnaire(including five aspects).3.Statistical analysis method. Through the questionnaire survey, the study summarized the information of questionnaire Survey, applicated of SPSS16.0, Epidata3.1software for data analysis, mainly using statistical description, chi square test, t test and logistic Binary regression analysis.Through this investigation, the following results are obtained:1.The total awareness rate of patients in the coal mine hospital was 1.9%,Among them, age, weight, operation method and intraoperative awareness history were greatly influenced by the awareness during operation, with the increase of age and weight, the higher incidence of intraoperative awareness. Effect of different surgical methods of intraoperative awarenessis different, for example: gynecological surgery, intraoperative awareness incidence is highest.2. The greater the age, the higher the incidence of awareness; the greater the weight,the greater the incidence of intraoperative awareness. Different surgical methods lead to the incidence of intraoperative awareness is different, the highest incidence of gynecological surgery, other surgical incidence is relatively low.3.Statistical analysis of influencing factors showed that: age, body weight, operation mode, and intraoperative awareness were statistically significant, other factors had no statistical significance. Age,body weight, operative methods, and intraoperative awareness were the risk factors for the occurrence of intraoperative awareness. History of intraoperative awareness can also affect the incidence of intraoperative awareness may be related to personal physique, suggested in the conversation before operation with asking the patient’s basic situation, patients with intraoperative awareness history should be in the preoperative psychological treatment, to reduce the incidence of intraoperative awareness. During the operation,the medical staff should the medical staff should pay attention to the age, weight, operation mode and intraoperative awareness history, so as to reduce the incidence of awareness rate during operation.Through this investigation of patients with Intraoperative Awareness, according to the study results, the following recommendations: 1.Pay greater attention to the risk factors and reduce the incidence of intraoperative awareness.2.Psychological construction of patients before operation, to prevent the occurrence of intraoperative awareness.3.The medical staff should be responsible for their own actions during the operation, and reduce the incidence of awareness rate during operation.4.After the operation, the medical staff should be followed up in a timely manner, in time to deal with the awareness rate of the complications.5.For discharged patients in a timely manner to track return visits.6.Create a good working environment for medical staff.7. Improve the medical dispute resolution mechanism.8. Improve the supervision and management mechanism.9.Construct risk sharing mechanism.
