Objective:To explore the difference and correlation between cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease risk factors, in order to prevent the occurrence and recurrence of cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease. Methods:Selected from November 2015 to February 2016 that stayed in the neurology and cardiology of our hospital, 100 cases of patients with cerebral infarction(Cerebral infarction group),among them, 100 cases of coronary heart disease patients(Coronary heart disease group),and 100 cases of cerebral infarction patients with coronary heart disease(Cerebral infarction complicated with coronary heart disease group), they serve as research groups,100 cases from medical examination center as control group. To do analyse the similarities and differences among the age, gender, smoking, alcohol drinking, hypertension, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, carotid artery stenosis, A-type personality, obesity, fasting blood glucose, HbA1 c, TG, TC, LP(a), LDL-C, Hcy, hs CRP, FIB, UA and Cys-C.All collected data using SPSS13.0 statistical software processing analysis, measurement data with mean + /- standard deviation, the comparison between the two groups using t-test,count data using chi square test, multiple groups were compared with analysis of variance, each group risk factors were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis, with P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.The analysis of the differences between age and sex in four groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05); at the same time, empty stomach blood glucose and TG level were also not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.It’s found through the comparison between Control group and each one of three study groups that smoking, alcohol drinking, hypertension, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, carotid artery stenosis, cardio cerebral vascular disease family history, A-type personality, obesity(body mass index), glycosylated hemoglobin, TC, LP(a),LDL-C, Hcy, hsCRP,fibrinogen, UA, Cys-C levels were higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.It was found through the comparison between the group A and group B that hypertension, carotid artery stenosis, atrial fibrillation, LDL-C, Hcy, hs CRP, Cys-C of group A were generally higher than in patients with coronary heart disease, A-type personality, UA and FIB were lower than the group of coronary heart disease(CHD), and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). However, smoking, alcohol drinking, obesity, diabetes history, cardiac and cerebral vascular disease family history, glycosylated hemoglobin, TC, LP(a) in the comparison between the two groups there is no significant difference(P > 0.05).4.Group of coronary heart disease patients has 42 cases of carotid artery stenosis(42%), cerebral infarction group has 71 cases of carotid artery stenosis patients(71%), and the differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P <0.05); cerebral infarction group with mild stenosis of carotid artery is less than that of the coronary heart disease group, there was a significant difference(P < 0.05); cerebral infarction patients with carotid artery, stenosis is more than the group of coronary heart disease(CHD), significant difference(P < 0.05).5.Cerebral infarction complicated with CHD group of smoking, drinking, obesity, hypertension, carotid artery stenosis, type a character, HbA1 c, TC, LP(a), LDL-C, Hcy,hs CRP and FIB and UA, Cys-C proportion or level were higher than that in cerebral infarction group and the CHD group. The difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.After the multivariate logistic regression analysis of the group A, group B and cerebral infarction with coronary heart disease group, the results showed that smoking, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, carotid artery stenosis, LDL-C, Hcy are independent risk factors for the three groups, besides hsCRP, UA are the independent risk factors of coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction, A-type personality, LP(a), fibrinogen(FIB) are the independent risk factors for coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation is the independent risk factors for cerebral infarction.Conclusion:1.Hypertension, carotid artery stenosis, atrial fibrillation, LDL-C, serum homocysteine, super sensitive C-reactive protein and serum cystatin C cerebral infarction associated with the degree of coronary heart disease(CHD) bigger, stronger correlation, suggesting that the influence of these factors for cerebral infarction risk is greater than that of coronary heart disease; however, the influence of A-type personality, uric acid and fiber protein for coronary heart disease risk bigger than that of cerebral infarction.2.Age, smoking, alcohol drinking, obesity, diabetes mellitus, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol and LP(a) had no significant difference in correlation with cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease.3.Type A personality may be one of the risk factors of cerebral infarction.
