| Objective:To explore the effect of Kisspeptin in early stages of pregnancy by detecting it’s expression levels in the serum and villus tissue. Methods:Using enzyme—linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the expression levels of serum kisspeptins were detected in pregnant women.Immunohistoehemistry revealed histological localization of kisspeptin. Results:1) Normal pregnant women had significantly higher villus tissue kisspeptin levels(170.3±7.134)than abortion women(198.4±5.699)(P<0.001).2) In noemal pregnant group, the expression of Kisspeptin in serun with pregnant week big and strengthen.But in abortion group,the expression of Kisspeptin inserum with week big slow enhanced and then weakened; At the same time,the closer the abortion occured,the expression of Kisspeptin in serum the weaker. Conclusion:Kisspeptin plays an important role in embryonic implantation and development,and it also can as a new kind of prediction of pregnancy outcome indicators. |
