Objective:Touch method and traditional method to find recurrent laryngeal practical accuracy and superiority of systematic comparison in order to understand the clinical effects of two surgical methods, to provide reference for clinical selection of surgical procedures.Methods:1. Case collecting: All First Clinical Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, General Surgery, February 2014 to May 2015 in the same group of 120 patients surgical thyroidectomy complete clinical data, 120 cases of thyroid surgery were randomly divided into two groups of 60 patients were treated by touch method for finding the recurrent laryngeal nerve, the remaining 60 patients were treated by conventional methods to find RLN. 2. Exclusion criteria: Selected cases between the ages of 30-72 years old, are in line with "China thyroid disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines" in the ordinary cases of standards, including nodular goiter, thyroid cancer, thyrotoxicosis patients. Selected cases inclusion criteria:(1) secondary hyperthyroidism;(2) can not be ruled out cancer;(3) compression symptoms;(4) the mass is too great, affecting patients and beautiful life. Preoperative perfect neck B ultrasound and laryngoscopy, can tolerate surgery, have been ruled out heart and lung, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe coagulation and thrombosis, exclude pregnant lactating women, people with high blood pressure diabetes before surgery, crown Disease control by a doctor at normal levels. Comparison of the two groups of patients with intraoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve to find the exact rate, the time, blood loss and other data available.3. Data processing and concludes on: Record intraoperative findings, surgical time finding RLN, blood loss, etc., and then through statistical analysis to conclude.Technology Roadmap:Results:The touch method to group all patients touch RLN, revealed RLN113 total, of which identified as RLN of 104, none of RLN injury, patients showed no significant change in sound with preoperative; traditional method group of exposed RLN99 Article recognized as RLN are 85, wherein the process of looking for anatomical damage RLN4 bar after surgery and temporary hoarseness, no permanent damage, after one week rehabilitation after both symptomatic and supportive treatment, review laryngoscope, vocal activity good,no damage. Conclusions:In thyroid surgery looking for RLN used time, blood loss, RLN correct rate and injury rate of RLN statistical data analysis can be concluded: two methods for finding comparable effect of recurrent laryngeal nerve, and can see touch method for finding RLN in time, accuracy and injury rates than traditional methods; but no significant difference in blood loss of two methods. This study shows that one touch method is fast and accurate intraoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve injury and to avoid looking approach. This method can quickly and accurately find the recurrent laryngeal nerve, convenient and practical, can be effective in preventing recurrent laryngeal nerve injury, and high repeatability, providing a method to select for clinical surgery less experienced junior doctors and primary health care institutions, in further promote the clinic.
