Objective:From the 20th60 s,currently CIED is one of the conventional devices of the cardiovascular medicine in treating related diseases( CIED-I) is a severe complication after the operation. The occurrence of infection limited the clinical application of CIED and caused a loss to economy for patients and increased mortality. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to study the risk factors of CIED-I, summarize the effective preventive measures, and provide reference for the future clinical practice. Methods and resets: To research the risk factors, this paper inspired the patients who were implanted or changed CIED in the catheter room of department of cardiology form Jan. 1st, 2009 to Apr. 30 th, 2015, by retrospective analysis. In the end, this research totally brought into 574 patients. This research aggregated the information about every patients of their basic features, underlying diseases, history of administration and so on. The statistic results were processed by logistics regression and tested by Wald testing whose significant levelwas 0.05. Finally, three related factors were screened out: prophylactic antibiotics which were the protective factors of the CIED-I and antithrombotics and diabetes were the risk factors. Conclusion: Through the analysis and data statistics, this retrospective research considered that the incidence of early infect infection in the center was 1.91%, diabetes were the risk factors for CIED-I, prophylactic antibiotics were recommend to use and using antithrombotics should to be avoided. Combining with previous literature, this research had discussed the prevention and treatment methods about CIED-I.
