The Analysis Of Human Papillomavirus’ Genotypein About Han,Tibetan,Hui Women Living In Qinghai Area

Objective:To investigate the human papillomavirous infection genotypes and difference in Hans,Tibetan and Huis of Qinghai area.Methods:The subject investigated were 5892 femals over 18 yesrs old who want to regular examination in the physical examination center of our hospital during Octber 2013 to Octber 2015 years. Those female were divided into three groups, including Hans, Tibetans and Huis. It takes HPV,TCT and colposcopy examinations in turn, pathological examination if necessary. Results:Han,Tibetan and Hui women HPV overall infection rate was 16.36%,each nations were15.81%、18.35%、16.64% respectively. The most prevalent genotypes of high-risk human papillomavirus of Hans were HPV16, 58,52,39,53. Tibetans’ were HPV16,58,18,31,39. Huis’ were HPV16,58,39,52,18. The most prevalent genotypes of low-risk human papillomavirus of Hans were HPV6, CP8034. Tibetans and Huis were HPV6, CP8034. The risk of cervical lesion significantly increased in women showing positive in cytology and HPV test. Conclusions: The total positive rate of femal in Qinghai area was 16.36%.Differences between different nationalities of HPV infection,Tibetan was the highest. The type of HPV58,31,56 infection rate had differences in three ethnic and the rest of subtype infection rate no difference.HPV35 is the advantage subtype in Tibetan females. The three national women infectiom rate of HPV exist differences in all ages and kinds of infection type.
