Objective 1.Through the determination of CO, bilirubin levels, HO- 1 in serum of patients with different stages of CMS in Qinghai province, to clear the role in the CMS disease development process, provide certain theoretical basis for clinical intervention.Methods Collect the serum of Qinghai province high altitude CMS male patients(40 cases) and normal mans(40 cases), repackaging and keeping in-80 ℃.The expression levels of HO-1,CO in serum from CMS(40 cases)and normal(40 cases)were measured by ELISA; Hemoglobin, serum bilirubin, iron ion level were measured by Analysis instrument and biochemical analyzer determination;According to CMS severity scoring method of Qinghai to CMS group classification in three groups. Values presented are means ±SEM.The result were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 statistics software package.Statistical comparisons of absorbance differences were performed by the ANOVA test,LSD-t test and independent sample t-test, The correlation test was Pearson coefficient of productomoment correlation. A probability level p≤ 0.05 was accepted as significant.Results(1) CMS group level of red blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration,HO-1 level,CO level,total bilirubin levels,direct bilirubin levels,indirect bilirubin levels were higher than the normal control group(p < 0.05);( 2) The hemoglobin concentration levels of 40 cases CMS were positively correlated with HO- 1, CO levels, bilirubin levels, direct bilirubin levels, indirect bilirubin levels,CMS score were positively correlated(p<0.05);HO- 1 and CO levels, TBIL levels, DBIL levels,IBIL levels,red blood cell count,and CMS score were positively correlated(p<0.05);(3) The density of RBC、HCT、HB ware statistically significant difference among the four groups(p < 0.05);HO-1 and CO density in the severe CMS group were higher than normal group(p < 0.05);HO-1 and CO density in the severe CMS group were higher than mild group(p < 0.05);CO density in the moderate CMS group were higher than mild group(p < 0.05);The density of TBIL、DBIL and IBIL in moderate and severe CMS group was higher than the normal groups(p < 0.05); the density of TBIL and IBIL in moderate CMS group was higher than normal group(p < 0.05);The density of DBIL in mild CMS group was higher than normal group(p < 0.05).Conclusion :(1) HO- 1 had protective effect of cells in mild CMS,and was to promote the role of red blood cell proliferation in severe CMS;(2) The bilirubinpromoted to clear oxygen free radical in mild CMS, and cell damage in moderate and severe CMS;(3) CO had protective effect of expansion blood vessel and delay the pulmonary artery high pressure formation cells in mild CMS,and cytotoxicity in severe CMS patients.
