The Analysis Of Chingdu County Of Yushu Prefecture Qinghai Province Hydatid Disease Epidemiology

Objective: Through the screening analysis of hydatid disease in population,to clarify the epidemic situation and epidemiological characteristics in this area.The result of this research may provide scientific basis for making suitable control strategies and measures for hydatid disease.Method:We adopt the method of cluster sampling,carry on the screening of echinococcosis in Chindu County,Yushu Prefecture,Qinghai Province in the month of October to November in 2014.Each respondent filled in the physical examination label and questionnaire.At last,we analysed the detected results through Suitable Statistical methods.Results:We selected 271 patients of hydatid disease,the statistical data of alveolar echinococcosis and cystic echinococcosis were 195 and 76.The detection rate of hydatid disease was 7.84% in the county,the detection rate of alveolar echinococcosis was 5.64%,and cystic echinococcosis was 2.20%.The regional distribution didn’t have statistical difference.Gender,occupation,age distribution were statistically different.In cognitive situation and behavior analysis of Plateau population about hydatid disease,the rate of accuracy is lower in Pastoral people,in contrast,others are higher.The statistical difference of cognitive situation and behavior analysis is existed.Cognition:The prevalence of echinococcosis,both cystic and alveolar is existed in chindu county,especially alveolar echinococcosis.The relevant departments need to unite,strengthen the prevention efforts of hydatid disease.
