ObjectiveTo investigate the correlationship of IL-17 A and VEGF in the serum and lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris with psoriasis area and severity index and the role of IL-17 A and VEGF in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. To observe clinical efficacy and adverse reactions with the treatment of Autologous scaly embedding and provide new clues and ideas for the treatment of psoriasis.Methods1、The expression of IL-17 A and VEGF in the serum of patients with psoriasis and the control group was measured by Immunosorbent assay.2、The expression of IL-17 A and VEGF in the lesions of patients with psoriasis and the control group was measured by Immunohistochemistry.3、Take autologous tissue embedding treatment with patients with psoriasis vulgaris who meeting the conditions.Cut more scaly lesions with the size of 1.0cm×0.6cm after local anesthesia. Put the embedding materials into the inside of the upper arm near the armpit patient with the scaly skin lesions facing inside, and then suture the wounds. Compare and analysis the expression levels of IL-17 A, VEGF in the serum and PSAI before and after treatment.Observe the reactions in patients.Results1、The result is that the expression of IL-17 A in the serum of psoriasis vulgaris patients have significant statistical difference from the expression of the control(P<0.05).2、The result is that the expression of VEGF in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris patients have significant statistical difference from the expression of the control(P<0.05).3 、 The expression of IL-17 A and VEGF in the serum and lesions of psoriasis vulgaris patients have the significant correlationship with psoriasis area and severity index(r1=0.54,P<0.01;r2=0.63,P<0.01;r3=0.61,P<0.01;r4=0.58,P<0.01).4、The expression of IL-17 A in the serum and lesions of psoriasis vulgaris patientshave the significant correlationship with VEGF(r5=0.37,P<0.05;r6=0.49,P<0.01).5、After 8 weeks, the total efficiency of treatment is 75.00﹪.There is a significant difference of PASI score and the expression of IL-17 A and VEGF in the serum(P<0.05).6 、 Safety Observation: patients have no special discomfort and the results of laboratory test were normal during the treatment.Conclusions1、IL-17, as an inflammatory factor,The increasing in psoriasis lesions ang serum of patients suggesting that inflammation in the pathogenesis of psoriasis is an important feature.2、VEGF, as a strong pro-angiogenic factor elevated serum and skin lesions in psoriasis patients, suggesting that angiogenesis in the pathogenesis of psoriasis is an important feature.3、The expression of IL-17 A and VEGF in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris patients have the significant correlationship with psoriasis area and severive index(PASI score),expression level of IL-17 A, VEGF was higher, the higher PSAI score. Thus, th e expression level of IL-17 A, VEGF can be used as an index to reflect the severity of psoriasis.4、The expression of IL-17 A in the serum and lesions of psoriasis vulgaris patients have the significant correlationship with VEGF, suggesting that IL-17 A and VEGF play a synergistic role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.5 、 Autologous scaly embedding therapy have significant effects on psoriasis vulgaris patients with fewer side effects and good satety, probably by reducing the expression of IL-17 A and VEGF, reducing local inflammatory infiltrating and vascular proliferation to play a role in the treatment of psoriasis.
